By accessing or using Cinema Set Free ("CSF"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
CSF is a collaborative screenwriting and film production platform that provides AI-assisted script writing, project management, and team collaboration features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may sign in using third-party providers (Google, Facebook, Amazon) or via email magic link.
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of all scripts, characters, stories, and other creative content you create on CSF. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
5. AI-Generated Content
CSF uses AI models to assist with script writing, character development, and image generation. AI-generated content is provided as a creative tool and may require your review and editing. You are responsible for the final content you publish or share. We do not claim ownership of AI-assisted content you create.
6. Credits and Billing
Certain features require credits, which may be purchased or earned through the platform. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing and allocation with reasonable notice.
7. Team Collaboration
When you invite team members to a project, you control their access level and permissions. You are responsible for managing who has access to your projects. Team members may view and edit content according to the permissions you set.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request a copy of your data before account deletion. See our account deletion guide for details.
9. Limitation of Liability
CSF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, content, or creative work.
