How to Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your CSF account and all associated data at any time. To do so, send an email to support@cinemasetfree.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete My Account".

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account profile (name, email, profile photo)
• All projects you own, including scripts, characters, and AI-generated content
• Your credit balance and transaction history
• All session and authentication data
• Team memberships and invitations

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• If you are the sole owner of a project with team members, those team members will lose access to the project when your account is deleted.
• Deletion will be completed within 30 days of your request.
• We may retain certain data where required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes).

Before You Delete

We recommend exporting any scripts or content you wish to keep before requesting account deletion. Once the deletion process begins, your data cannot be recovered.
